Interview Like the Executive You Are
Strategic interview prep for executives navigating panel interviews, business cases, or high-stakes transitions. Grounded. Clear. Unforgettable.
Executive Interview Preparation
You’ve led teams. Navigated complexity. Delivered results.
Now you’ve got a high-stakes executive interview—and the last thing you need is another generic coaching session or a list of rehearsed talking points.
You don’t need polish. You need precision.
What You Might Be Thinking:
- “I just need to brush up.”
- “I know my stuff—I just need to get it across clearly.”
- “I hope I don’t ramble…”
- “I don’t know what they’re really looking for.”
My job is to bridge the gap between what you think you need—and what will actually make you stand out.
What You Get
Two Strategy-Driven Coaching Sessions — Session 1: Positioning & stories • Session 2: Rehearsal & mindset
This is not a mock interview. It’s a working session built around:
- Session 1: Clarifying your positioning and mapping your strongest, most relevant stories
- Session 2: Rehearsal, feedback, mindset tuning, and prep for the hard stuff
The Executive Interview Readiness Workbook — A strategic coaching companion to prep like an executive
This isn’t a worksheet—it’s a strategic coaching companion designed to help you prep like an executive. Inside, you’ll find:
- Executive story bank builder using the CDROI framework
- Panelist mapping tools and role alignment prompts
- Mindset anchors and curveball recovery language
- Reframing exercises for resume gaps, pivots, or risks
- Final checklist to walk in calm, clear, and ready
Resume + Job Description Insight — Strategic review to lead the conversation, not just respond
You’ll send your resume and job description before Session 1. I’ll review them through a strategic lens and give you a breakdown of:
- Your strongest leadership signals and credibility markers
- Likely questions or concerns interviewers may raise
- Messaging opportunities to help you lead the conversation—not just respond to it
This isn’t about editing your resume. It’s about building awareness—so you can show up ready to own the story, not defend the document.
Strategic Interview Brief — A focused summary after Session 1 to accelerate self-prep
After our first session, I’ll send you a personalized summary inside your workbook, including:
- 3–5 strategic themes from the job description
- Notes on your strongest alignment areas
- Draft panelist assumptions (if applicable)
- Story bank starter cues from our session
This reinforces value, sets a clean handoff to your self-prep, and helps you move forward with focus and confidence.

The CDROI Framework
At this level, the STAR framework isn’t enough. Executives hire based on how you think—not just what you did.
My proprietary CDROI framework helps you articulate:
- Context: What was happening in the business?
- Decision: What leadership call did you make?
- Risk: What was at stake? What tradeoffs did you weigh?
- Outcome: What changed because of your leadership?
- Impact: Why did it matter to the business, client, team, or culture?
🛑 Not for Everyone — and That’s Intentional
This service is designed specifically for executives (or soon-to-be executives) preparing for interviews where:
- Strategic leadership, not just task execution, is the focus
- Panel interviews, business cases, or enterprise-level conversations are expected
- You’re expected to influence across functions, not just within your team

Is this a mock interview?
No—because that isn’t what you need at this level. You need a strategic process that positions you as the obvious choice. These are working sessions built around clarifying your positioning, building your executive story bank, and rehearsing for high-impact delivery—not just running through random questions.
Can we tailor this for a panel?
We can—and your workbook includes an optional section and exercise designed specifically for it. Panel interviews are a different game: multiple decision-makers, shifting dynamics, and rapid-fire questions. We’ll tailor your prep so you can manage the room, read the energy, and connect with every person at the table.
What’s the prep before Session 1?
All you need to do before Session 1 is upload your most recent resume and the job description for the role you’re targeting. Between sessions, you’ll get targeted assignments inside your workbook to build out your story bank, prepare for curveball questions, strengthen your mindset, get ready for a panel (if applicable), and more—so Session 2 can be focused on rehearsal and high-impact refinement.
Will anyone find out I'm interviewing?
No. Your work with me is 100% confidential. I don’t share client names, session content, or even the fact that you’re a client. Your career plans stay entirely in your control.
Who is this prep package best for?
Experienced leaders stepping into high-stakes interviews—whether for a C-suite role, a senior leadership promotion, or a major career move. It’s especially valuable if you want to go beyond generic prep and position yourself with clarity, authority, and strategic impact.
How long are the sessions?
Each session is 60 minutes—long enough to dig deep and make progress, focused enough to keep your energy high and your momentum strong.
What if I don’t get the job?
While I can’t control the outcome of a hiring decision, you’ll leave this process with far more than preparation for a single role. You’ll walk away knowing how to represent yourself exceptionally well in high-visibility interviews—the kind that often open unexpected doors. You’ll gain a refined way of telling your leadership story, tools you can adapt for any interview, and clarity on how to position yourself for future opportunities. Many clients find that the work we do together leads to invitations, connections, and offers they never anticipated. This isn’t just about one interview; it’s about elevating how you show up as a candidate and a leader in every conversation that matters.
Can I buy just the workbook?
Not today. As it’s designed, the workbook is a core part of the coaching process—built to integrate with what we cover in your sessions. On its own, it’s just a set of tools. Paired with coaching, it becomes a customized, strategic guide anchored in your specific role, stories, and positioning.
Do you help me with my resume?
No. I assume your resume has already been submitted for the role. I’ll review it before Session 1 to spot your strongest leadership signals, any high-level gaps or concerns, and messaging opportunities to help you lead the conversation—not just respond to it. If you need resume writing or positioning support, I can connect you with trusted partners who specialize in that work.
