Heidi Garside is a former global HR executive who has led large, complex teams and built enterprise HR strategies across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HR Operations, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Technology. She’s led inside Fortune 300 companies, privately owned businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Sheknows what it takes to lead at scale when the pressure is high and the path isn’t clear.

She brings rare dual credibility: deep experience coaching executives from the inside and sharp insight into the behind-the-scenes mechanics of leadership selection and compensation. She’s interviewed candidates for top-tier roles, advised senior stakeholders on leadership risk and readiness, and designed executive compensation programs for publicly traded companies. As a certified executive coach with an MBA and significant leadership and enterprise HR experience across both corporate and nonprofit sectors, Heidi works with individual leaders, teams, and organizations to strengthen leadership, drive organizational effectiveness, and build the kind of culture where people and performance thrive.
