Confidentiality is guaranteed. I understand that an executive job search can be sensitive—sometimes even within your current organization. Every detail of our work together, from your materials to our conversations, stays between us. No exceptions. You can focus on preparing with confidence, knowing your search stays private.

Who is this prep package best for?
This is designed for experienced leaders—executives or soon-to-be executives—who are preparing for high-stakes interviews involving panel interviews, business cases, or complex leadership conversations. If you’re expected to lead beyond your function and think strategically, this is for you.

How long are the sessions?
Each session is 60 minutes and focused on traction, not fluff. We get clear on your positioning, build your story bank, and rehearse the tough stuff so you walk in ready.

Can I spread the sessions out?
Yes—within reason. Most clients schedule Session 1 right away and aim to complete both sessions within 60 days of booking. If something unexpected comes up (like a timeline shift or reschedule), we’ll work together to adjust. The goal is to keep momentum without rushing.

Do I need to prep anything before our first session?
Just send your resume and the job description once you receive your confirmation email. We’ll do a strategic review and be ready with insights for our first conversation.

What if I’m not sure this is the right fit?

Do you offer a refund if something comes up?
Because this is a live, limited-capacity service, all bookings are final. If your interview timeline shifts, we’ll do our best to reschedule within reason.
